I ran for public office in Salt Lake City last year and in dong so requested certain documents, some from Salt Lake City and some from Salt Lake County. I was required to pay for those documents, and if Jim Dabakis is relieved of fees required for his fishing expedition, I will be demanding the return of the fees I paid.

Mr. Kimball,
If you requested documents relating to closed-door meetings that should have been open to the public, meetings that resulted in a shamelessly gerrymandered redistricting designed to cripple your political party, you would, I More..
J Allen, Maybe if you would have read past the first paragraph you would have noticed how the cost of said documents magically grew from the time they were requested and the time they were to be picked up. In the world which others live it's More..
So make your demand. Why do you need a records request to run for office, anyway? Obviously, the windmill you were tilting at failed.
