SPRINGVILLE 3, MOUNTAIN VIEW 0: Danica Nusink kept the Bruin offense at bay and three different players scored for Springville in the home victory.

MAPLE MOUNTAIN 5, SALEM HILLS 0: Kennedee Tracy scored a pair of goals, while Giselle Francis and Rachel Bingham chipped in with a pair of assists as Maple Mountain easily beat Salem Hills to improve to 2-0 in Region 8.

TIMPVIEW 2, TIMPANOGOS 2: The Timberwolves scored twice in the first half, and then the Timpview offense rallied to lock up the score and the Region 8 battled ended in a tie.

OREM 3, PROVO 0: Tessa Herrmann and Natalie Smart played fantastic defense for the Tigers, turning back the Provo attack and helping Rachel Miller earn the shutout. Tatiana Monsen scored all three goals for the Orem victory.

NONREGION

SKYLINE 1, PARK CITY 1: Maggie Reigelsperger, of Park City, and Ashley Aberton, of Skyline, each knocked in a goal, but the score remained locked through two overtimes as the nonregion foes tied.

UINTAH 8, CARBON 0: The Utes earned a big victory on their home turf.

BOX ELDER 4, BEAR RIVER 3: Bear River jumped out to an early lead but the Bees rallied for the win, scoring the game-winning goal with approximately a minute left. Lana Willard scored twice for Box Elder and Paige Roholt scored twice for the Bears.

WEST JORDAN 1, TOOELE 1: Kenya Russell kicked in a goal for Tooele and the Jaguars benefitted from a Tooele own goal, and the game ended in a tie.

HERRIMAN 5, TAYLORSVILLE 1: Kenzie Chapman and Mikayla Jones shared the win in the net as Darian McCloy netted a hat trick for the Mustangs.

CANYON VIEW 4, WATERFORD 1: The Falcons earned their third win of the season behind two goals from Ashlee Braun and a solid defensive effort from the entire team.

LAYTON 5, CLEARFIELD 2: Haylee Elmore and Shelby Green each sent two goals to the back of the net to keep the Lancers perfect.

BONNEVILLE 3, SYRACUSE 0: Ellee Hall, Zoe Norman, and Madeline Jensen gave the Lakers a big second-half boost, and Megan Phillpot was solid in the goal as Bonneville earned the win at home.

WASATCH 4, DESERT HILLS 2: The Wasps earned their second win behind four different scorers -- Linzie Hills, Riley Gagon, Emily Benson, and Sharee Woodruff. Erica Hansen recorded two goals for Desert Hills in the loss.

LONE PEAK 2, JUAN DIEGO 1: Abby Keenan scored the first Lone Peak goal off of a corner kick from Hannah Hyde, and Mattie James assisted the game-winning goal by Natalie Lewis. Goalkeeper Julia Vaughan earned a second-half shutout in the Knights' win.

MOUNTAIN CREST 3, WEST 0: Randi Davis scored one goal and assisted on another to lead the Mustangs in the home win. Courtney Funk and Kylee McKee split the shutout in goal for Mountain Crest.

PLEASANT GROVE 2, MURRAY 0: Morgan Quarnberg and Mckenzie Warren each tapped in goals while Alicia Daniels and Kenedii Williams combined for the shutout in the Pleasant Grove victory.

SUMMIT ACADEMY 3, ROY 2: Summit Academy won its second game with a narrow margin of victory.

LEHI 2, LOGAN 1: The Pioneers rebounded from an early deficit as goals from Abbie Foster and Jadee Slaugh gave Lehi the lead and the home win.

BINGHAM 4, COPPER HILLS 2: Libby Weber knocked in two goals and Marley Olsen and Carla Swensen each scored once in the Miners' victory.

HIGHLAND 2, OLYMPUS 1: Kate Orchard sent the ball into the net to give the Rams a golden goal and the win over Olympus. Whitney Back scored early for the Titans and Megan Bolding tied the scored in the second half.

HUNTER 5, CYPRUS 0: Hunter's Stephanie Figueroa and Jenifer Mendez tallied two goals apiece and Lindsey Rogers added a score from a PK for the shutout victory.

ALTA 4, FREMONT 3: It was a wild second half that saw seven combined goals. The Hawks, led by Madie Lyons' two goals, escaped with the victory on the road.

BEAVER 3, DELTA 6: The Rabbits doubled up Beaver en route to the road victory.

STANSBURY 6, KEARNS 0: Bret Wilkinson and Michaela Didericksen both knocked in two goals to lead the Stallions in the decided victory.

JORDAN 3, HILLCREST 0: Amanda Durrant scored on a throw-in header to give the Beetdiggers a first-half lead, and then Tori Smith scored twice in the second half -- including a goal in the 80th minute -- as Jordan pulled away with the win.

MANTI 4, NORTH SANPETE 0: Kelsie George assisted goals from both Kourtney Rassmusen and Olivia Murray, and the Templars earned their first win of the season.

DIXIE 5, MILLARD 0: Elle Roberts notched a hat trick and Finess White added two more goals as the Flyers soared on the road.
