SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah football program has picked up a commitment from D.J. Dean, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound athlete from Newton High School in Texas.
Dean is an accomplished player on both sides of the ball. Last season, he accounted for 16 touchdowns (eight passing, eight rushing) at quarterback and made three interceptions at cornerback. Hell most likely play defense for the Utes.
"I like the family feeling," Dean said while noting that academics also played a role in his decision. He plans to study sports medicine at Utah.
Dean plans to enroll in school after the spring track season. The sprinter is determined to win a state championship before heading to college.

Duckhunter:
Don't make stuff up. You're gonna get called on it.
Rivals has Dean rated with 3-stars, and as the #48-ranked ATHLETE of the 2013 class.
Both the U and the Y have SIX commits to whom Rivals had More..
Duckhunter:
"[Whittingham] offered most of the recruits that have committed to BYU, and most of them rejected him and accepted their offers from BYU. A little truth on your part would be better."
Haha! Once More..
"LOL" @ Duckhunter continuing to post fallacies because he just doesn't know otherwise.
