If your parents brought you here illegally when you where a minor, and you are still here illegally, President Obama's so called Justice Department won't deport you. I understand the sympathy being expressed in the Dream Act, but it's flawed logic.
If you get a speeding ticket, don't try this one on the judge. "Your honor, my parents used to speed when I was a kid in the car with them, so it's not my fault that's how I learned to drive."

The "flawed logic" is all Mr. Larsen's.
A better analogy would be if the driver was speeding and so the police threw everyone in the car, including the baby in the car-seat, in jail.
