OREM — The Orem Owlz offense came to life Monday night, scoring eight runs in the second inning and seven more in the sixth on the way to an eventual 20-6 victory over the Idaho Falls Chukars.
Sherman Johnson and Michael Bolaski each homered and had four RBIs for Orem, and Wade Hinkle knocked in four more runs. Andrew Ray and Adrian Gutierrez added three RBIs apiece for the Owlz.
RAPTORS 10, ROCKIES 6: At Grand Junction, Colo., Jeremy Rathjen, Devin Shines and Jesus Valdez each homered as Ogden continued to feast on Grand Junction's pitching.
