Ford described Hummel as being "a Jazz player all the way." The ESPN NBA analyst continued about the 6-8 forward: "He is tough, has a terrific basketball IQ and can really shoot the basketball. The Jazz could use some help at the 3, and Hummel should be able to provide some immediate relief."
Goodman on Hummel: "The perfect guy off the bench, Hummel can make shots and also fill a role."
Missouri's Kim English is another player associated with the Jazz in a mock draft. HoopsWorld.com has English pegged for Utah after the 6-6 shooting guard attended a Utah workout.
"English may lack elite athleticism," according to the basketball website, "but he plays intense defense, makes the extra pass, and seems well-equipped to fill a Daequan Cook type role in the right situation given his prolific jump shooting."

You need a SUPERSTAR to go far in the NBA. The closest thing to that was Deron Williams a couple years back. Not likely to find one at No. 47 in the draft. Go comb the European leagues is the best shot because any American player you would consider More..
Milsap, Mo Williams, Evans, Fesenko, working out a half dozen or so point guards. The Jazz do pretty good with their second round picks and I expect them to do so again. The work out group tells you they want a shooter and a point guard. They will More..
Seems to me the Jazz have had the proverbial rebounder for years in Milsap, they had great point guard in Williams, and a good one currently in Harris, they had a go to guy in Boozer, a 7 foot, 3 point specialist in Okur and a Eurpoean hustler in More..
