Everblades top Wranglers, win ECHL's Kelly Cup

ESTERO, Fla. — Brandon MacLean scored 3:33 into overtime and the Florida Everblades won their first ECHL title, beating the Las Vegas Wranglers 3-2 on Wednesday night in Game 5 of the Kelly Cup finals in front of a crowd of 7,290.

The Everblades are affiliated with the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning and Carolina Hurricanes and the AHL's Charlotte Checkers and Norfolk Admirals. The Wranglers are an independent team.
