WILDCAT IN WYOMING'S HALL OF FAME
Former Weber State basketball standout Bruce Collins is one of six individuals named to the 2012 class of the Wyoming Sports Hall of Fame.
Collins, a native of Rock Springs, Wyo., played four seasons with the Wildcats from 1976-80 and ranks as the school's all-time leading scorer with 2,019 career points.
U.'S DALTON MAKES NATIONAL A2 TEAM
SALT LAKE CITY — Ute outside hitter Shelby Dalton was named as a member of the U.S. Women's National A2 Team this summer. Dalton, a Moab native, was effective on both the attack and block during her freshman campaign as a Ute in 2011.
