Agape love the unconditional kind of love described in I Corinthians 13 is a critical part of not only better living but also better working, a nationally known business leader told those assembled here for one of the Northwests biggest annual Christian events.
Why should we love in the workplace? (Because) it was Jesus No. 1 commandment, said Joel Manby April 6 at the Portland Good Friday Breakfast sponsored by the locally based international ministry Open Arms International.
Love Works, the title of Manbys new book, was also the general theme for his talk to almost 1,300 people gathered for the breakfast at the Oregon Convention Center.
