Summary

Teen births fell again in the United States in 2010 with the highest rate once more in Mississippi, according to a new government report.

What is it that makes the teen birth rate so different between regions? Just looking down the list, it is clear that the Southern states have the highest teen birth rates, while the Northeast and New England states are at the bottom of the list.

yet another plow to those that want to believe that want to believe our society has gotten worse. I find it interesting that all those evil north eastern states have all the lowest rates of teen births.
