Dashboard video shows frantic scene in fatal shooting of Ogden police officer Jared Francom
Matthew David Stewart, 37, appears in court Feb. 7, 2012. Stewart is charged with capital murder in the shooting death of Ogden police Officer Jared Francom.

New video obtained from Ogden police shows the events leading to the fatal shooting of Agent Jared Francom on Jan. 4, 2012.
The video, available on the Ogden Standard-Examiner website, depicts a police vehicle pulling up to the scene and the ensuing chaos, as several gunshots are audible. Officers then return to the vehicle to obtain protective gear and to verify that an injured officer had been pulled clear.
