CHICAGO — The Chicago Bulls have sidestepped numerous injuries this season and are the first team to reach 40 victories and clinch a playoff berth.

With MVP Derrick Rose sidelined a third time by a different injury, the Bulls have continued to click because players have filled in and their bench has been strong.

Chicago has won four straight and will take a 40-10 record into Monday night's game against Denver. The Bulls have 16 games remaining as they shoot for the NBA's best record for a second straight season.
