Milton B. Keller1933 ~ 2012Milton B. (Boyd) Keller, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend passed away on February 20th, 2012 after multiple health problems at McKay-Dee Hospital Center.Boyd was born on March 3, 1933 to Milton Frankhauser and Iona Goodsell Keller in Logan, Utah. He attended schools in Logan, Utah and graduated from Utah State University.He married LaRene (Anderson) Keller on March 22, 1957 in the Logan L.D.S. Temple. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict and retired from Hill Air Force Base after 30 years of service.Boyd was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various capacities; his favorites being Ward Clerk and greeter.He is survived by his wife LaRene, sons: Steve Keller, Layton, Utah; Brad Keller (Ruthanne), Kaysville, Utah; and Marianne Johnson (Jeff), Salt Lake City, Utah and the following grandchildren and great-grand children: Lindsay and James Beardall, Hilary and Joshua Armstrong (great grand children Avery and Parker), Brandon and Mandy Callahan, Jordan and Lindsey Keller, Dillon Callahan, Elder Alex Keller serving in the Mexico Veracruz Mission, Lauren Keller, Anthony Flamini, and Mackenzie Johnson and special neighbors: Kevan, Heather, and Abbey Timothy; and Dick and Deaun Johnson. He is also survived by his siblings: Marilyn (Samuel) Richards, Joyce Larsen, Joseph (Diane)Keller, and Kathy Davis and Paul Hodgins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Linda Cunningham , sister-in-law Tamara Everton Keller, and brother-in-laws John Larsen and Lamar Anderson. The family wishes to thank the nurses and nursing assistants on the McKay-Dee IMC and Medical Units for their care and compassion. Also a special thank you to Drs. Benjamin Brennan, Joel Porter, Adhish Agarwal, Mariam Nassif, Carl Gray, Navin Varma, and their staffs. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 25th, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the L.D.S. Ward Chapel, 1402 North Fort Lane, Layton, Utah. Friends and family may call at Myer's Mortuary 250 N. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday evening, February 24th, 2012, or on Saturday from 9:25 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. prior to the funeral services at the chapel. Interment will be at Layton Memorial Park. Military Honors will be accorded by the VFW Honor Guard.
