An airborne dinosaur appears ready to devour Provo Friday morning during the Freedom Festival's 15th annual Balloon Fest. About 30 hot-air balloons, including the Sinclair dinosaur, took to the skies for competition and fun. Launches are also scheduled for Saturday and Monday at 6:30 a.m. Other Freedom Festival highlights will include the Stadium of Fire at Cougar Stadium at 8:15 p.m. Saturday and a patriotic service in the Marriott Center at 5:45 p.m. Sunday.
