LAYTON — Davis County commissioners approved $11,983 to fund the creation of a Davis County dining guide and mobile site.
The print pieces will include every restaurant located within the county and will be listed by cuisine, city and in one of four geographical zones: South Davis, Middle Davis, Layton and North Davis.
Five thousand copies will be distributed throughout the county through the visitors center, local hotels, attractions and facilities by the end of February.
The mobile site will have restaurant information, including cuisine, hours and days of operation, phone number, location and directions.
In addition to restaurant information, the mobile site will include information on facilities, attractions, hotels, things to do, special offers, hot deals and coupons.
