Redding. Calif. —The Foundation for Apologetic Information and Research (FAIR),

has scheduled its first German conference on March 28 in Frankfurt am Main.

"After over a decade of annual conferences in the United States, we are excited

to offer our first European conference," said Scott Gordon, president of FAIR.

"We have a number of members of our organization there." In addition to the

Saturday conference, speakers from the conference will also be participating in

a fireside on March 29, in Strasbourg France.

"Members of the church live their faith in their daily life and represent

their views confidently. They don't shrink from criticism, rather they embrace

the dialogue," explained Frerich Görts, German spokesperson for The Church of

Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. "Initiatives such as FAIR, which are designed

to strengthen Christians in their fundamental beliefs, are welcomed."

The Foundation for Apologetic Information & Research (FAIR), the premier

Mormon apologetics group, is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing

well-documented answers to criticisms of LDS (Mormon) doctrine, belief and

practice. It is an independent organization, not affiliated with The Church of

Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can find information on the US

Conferences on the main organization website at www.fairlds.org.

Details on the planned FAIR conference in Frankfurt am Main are on the German

website of the organization: www.deutsch.fairlds.org.
