PHILADELPHIA SOUL (2-6) A win against the Barnstormers the week before wasn’t enough momentum for Philadelphia to stop the Sharks. The Soul struck first against Jacksonville, but then the number one ranked team took over, making touchdowns offensively and defensively. Philly finished strong after QB Ryan Vena replaced Justin Allgood in the third, but the damage was already done. This Week: Georgia Force, May 13

KANSAS CITY COMMAND (2-6) The Command was tied with New Orleans, 52-52, with three minutes left in the game last week. After allowing a touchdown and failing to score on their last possession, KC lost their second game in a row. This Week: @Tampa Bay Storm, May 13

MILWAUKEE MUSTANGS (2-6) The Mustangs tied the game briefly in the second quarter, only to fall behind permanently in a 51-40 loss to division rival Cleveland. WR/DB Andre Jones was named the Defensive Player of the Week. Jones had six unassisted tackles, three assisted tackles, and an interception. This Week: @Utah Blaze, May 14

IOWA BARNSTORMERS (2-6) After losing a disappointing 5th game in a row the Barnstormers might not want to look at their upcoming schedule. After facing the red hot Sharks this week Iowa’s next games are Utah, Orlando, Arizona and Dallas. Wins against any of those teams would be a nice morale boost. This Week: @ Jacksonville Sharks, May 13

TAMPA BAY STORM (2-6) Two touchdowns in the final three minutes wasn’t enough to top the Predators last week as the Storm picked up their third loss in a row. Tampa QB Brian Zbydniewski passed for 304 yards and 4 TDs, giving up three interceptions. This Week: Kansas Command, May 13

NEW ORLEANS VOODOO (2-6) New Orleans picked up their second win of the year against the Command last week. QB Chris Wallace led the offense to the highest scoring game of the year for the VooDoo. New Orleans has picked up both of their wins on the road. This Week: Tulsa Talons, May 13
