It's a no-brainer that one rep should be from Salt Lake County (roughly). The other three take blocks of the surrounding state.

It was and is laughable for anyone to accuse Utah of being gerrymandered. We were on of fairly few State to not even have a federal lawsuit filed over our districting in 2000.

I encourage people to go play with this new software. More..
