Red roundup: Football injuries piling up in Pac-12

— It's been a tough week for injuries in Pac-12 football, particularly for teams in the South where Utah will battle Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, UCLA and USC for a berth in the inaugural conference championship game next season. ASU took the worst of it, losing two seniors for the year.

— Former Ute Andre Miller no longer stands alone as the only NBA player to dish out 20 assists in a game for two different teams. Ex-Jazzman Deron Williams of the Nets has also accomplished the feat.

Utah State coach Stew Morrill says Utah made "a great choice" in hiring Larry Krystkowiak. Morrill also spoke about the future of the series between the Aggies and the Utes.
