OGDEN — A Farr West man who pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a female relative and two of her friends was sentenced to prison Thursday.
Cory Clyde Campbell, 38, pleaded guilty to three counts of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony, in October. He was sentenced by 2nd District Judge Michael Lyon to three terms of one to 15 years in prison, to be served concurrently.
Lyon also ordered that Campbell undergo treatment and counseling in prison.
Campbell was arrested in February after one of the victims told her parents, who in turn had her notify police. She then led investigators to the two other girls Campbell pleaded guilty to abusing.
All of the girls were between 14 and 15 at the time. They told police that the man began abusing them in October.
