Hilary Swank stars as Amelia Earhart in "Amelia." Swank's performance is good, but the drama is dull.

The following DVDs will be released Tuesday, unless otherwise specified:

"Adam" (Fox. $19.99) — ★★½ — The plotting in this otherwise sensitive drama starring Rose Byrne and Hugh Dancy seems unconvincing and confusing.

Special features: Deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes minidocumentary.

PG-13 (profanity, vulgarity, brief sex, slurs, violence, brief gore, nude art)

"Amelia" (Fox, $29.99) — ★★½ — Hilary Swank is good as the famous aviator in this otherwise dull biographical drama.

Special features: Deleted scenes.

PG (profanity, vulgarity)

"The House of the Devil" (Dark Sky, $27.98) — Independently produced horror tale about a baby sitter menaced by Satanists.

R (violence, gore)

"Love Happens" (Universal, $29.98) — ★★ — A cliche-ridden, treacly drama that trivializes the bereavement process. Aaron Eckhart stars.

PG-13 (vulgarity, profanity, violence, slurs, brief drugs)

"More Than a Game" (Lionsgate, $27.98) — ★★½ — If the subjects (including LeBron James) weren't interesting, this hoops documentary would be a bore.

PG (mild profanity, slurs, brief drugs)

"New York, I Love You" (Vivendi, $24.93) — Anthology of short tales set in the Big Apple, starring Natalie Portman, Bradley Cooper and others.

R (profanity, sex)

"Ong Bak 2: The Beginning" (Magnolia, $26.98) — ★★ — An incoherent, would-be martial-arts epic. Thai with subtitles.

R (violence, gore, slurs, vulgarity, brief drugs, mild profanity)

"Planet Hulk" (Lionsgate, $19.98) — Direct-to-DVD animated feature, based on the Marvel Comics characters and concepts.
