JACKSON, Wyo. (AP) — The annual International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race is gearing up.
The race is scheduled to start Jan. 29 in Jackson and end Feb. 6 in Park City, Utah.
The race is in its 15th year and will take mushers and their teams through 10 communities in Wyoming and Utah.
Race director Frank Teasley says he would like to see more snow along the planned trail, but he has alternatives in place just in case.
The race is sponsored by Pedigree Food for Dogs.
