OGDEN — Grow Utah Ventures said Wednesday it is moving its Ogden eStation to a larger facility to accommodate growth and meet the demands of entrepreneurs in northern Utah.
The new facility, at 2036 Lincoln Ave., is part of the remodeled American Can Center. The 3,200-square-foot facility will be able to serve as company headquarters for as many as 20 businesses.
The eStations are business incubators focused on making young companies successful. They come with private cubicles and offices, phone lines, printers, meeting space and Internet access. Tenants are selected among applicants and invited to move their operations to the eStation campus. They also receive mentoring and other training.
The original 2,300-square-foot e-Station, at 2501 Grant Ave., was created in 2005. Other eStations are at Utah State University and within the Simmons Entrepreneur Center at the Davis Applied Technology College.
