Teens who have comprehensive sex education programs in their high schools have been proven to have sex later in life, with fewer partners and with a reduction in sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancies.
There are 40,000 sexually active teens in Utah. Abstinence-only programs blatantly ignore the realities of teen sexual behavior.
