All post offices open Christmas Eve

All post offices in Utah will be open Thursday, Dec. 24, but many will shorten retail lobby hours and close at noon.

Regular mail delivery for Dec. 24 will be unaffected by the change.

Those customers needing retail services after noon on Christmas Eve can visit one of the following post offices that will offer regular weekday retail hours: Cedar City Main, Logan Main, Moab Main, Orem Main, Park City Main, Price Main, Provo Main, Riverton Main, Sandy Main, Salt Lake Main, Salt Lake West Valley, Salt Lake Sugarhouse, St. George Red Rocks, Tooele Main and Vernal Main.

Post offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25. Only Sunday and holiday express mail will be delivered on Dec. 25.

All post offices will be open and regular mail delivery will resume Saturday, Dec. 26.
