The American West Heritage Center will host the Holly Faire two-day celebration "A Victorian Marketplace," Dec. 18 and 19, noon-9 p.m., 4025 S. Highway 89-91, Wellsville (435-753-2970)

John, Rob and Jason Lefkow will speak at the St. George Art Museum. They each have a piece of art in the exhibit "Visions of Zion," Dec. 17, 7 p.m., St. George Art Museum, 47 E. 200 North (435-627-4525).

The annual Holiday Craft Exhibit and Salein the Park Gallery at the Art Barn opens for the season Dec. 4, 6-9 p.m. for the Holiday Gallery Stroll. Exhibit and sale is Dec. 5-20, 1-7 p.m., 1325 E. 100 South. Gifts created by more than 60 local artists in a range of prices will be available (801-296-5000 or www.slcgov.com/arts).

Art in Transit announces the availability of public art commissions on the North Temple TRAX line. There will be five commissions awarded at $90,000 each. Two of the commissions are limited to Utah artists only. A conceptual proposal is required; the deadline is Jan. 11. Call 801-596-5000 or visit www.slcgov.com.arts and click on "Public Arts." Art in Transit is managed by the Salt Lake City Arts Council in partnership with the Utah Transit Authority.
