MainStreet Financial LLC said Thursday it will donate a second and third round of $50,000 in tax return services to people in northern Utah who are unemployed.
The company said the donations are be part of its 50th anniversary celebration. The second will take place Tuesday, Dec. 8, at its Midvale office. The donation will be presented to local clergy from multiple faiths in the area to then distribute to members of their congregations.
Each of the MainStreet offices are making donations. The first was Nov. 20 in Vernal. The third will be presented Wednesday, Dec. 9, at its Orem office.
Each location will complete 50 free tax returns for unemployed people and complete 500 returns at 50 percent off.
