Top passing performance

Brett Favre, Minnesota Vikings

The veteran quarterback continues to amaze even his harshest critics as he led the Vikings to their 10th victory on the year throwing for a season-high 392 yards and three touchdowns completing 32-of-48 passes along the way.

Top rushing performance

Justin Forsett, Seattle Seahawks

Filling in for injured starter Julius Jones, Forsett helped the Seahawks end their losing skid at five games as he rushed for a career-high 130 yards and two touchdowns. He carried the ball 22 times, nearly half of his previous career total of 45 rushes.

Top receiving performance

Kenny Britt, Tennessee Titans

The rookie wide receiver out of Rutgers made the biggest catch of his young career as he hauled in a Vince Young pass for a touchdown in the closing seconds of the Titans' win over the Cardinals. He had seven catches for 128 yards.

Monday Night Football

Patriots at Saints, 6:30 p.m., ESPN

New Orleans looks to continue its path to an unbeaten regular season, a feat New England accomplished just two years ago. Quarterback Drew Brees leads the 10-0 Saints' offense, which is averaging 36.9 points per game and has 12 different players score a touchdown. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is on a roll having thrown for over 300 yards in his last five contests.

Quote of the week

Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears

"We had a couple turnovers. You can't do that against a team like this. They are going to take advantage of it, especially with the talent they have on the offensive side of the ball."

Notable performance

Vince Young, Tennessee Titans

Just like in the 2005 BCS national championship game, Young had a magical performance against quarterback Matt Leinhart and won the game with a late drive. Young threw for a career high 387 yards, including a touchdown pass to Kenny Britt with six seconds remaining to cap an 18-play, 99-yard drive for a 20-17 win. It was Young's fifth consecutive win since moving into the starting lineup for the then 0-6 Titans.
