Penguin painting takes first
Rosie Fox, 11, of Chandler, Ariz., won first prize in her age category at the Arizona State Fair for her oil painting, "Adelie Penguin." Rosie is in the McQueen 3rd Ward, in the Chandler Arizona Stake.
