NORTH LOGAN — A Richmond woman remained in critical condition Friday in an Ogden hospital following a crash that police say was caused when she ran a red light.
Hannah Chesley was driving a sedan about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday when she allegedly drove through a red light at Main Street and 2500 North, said North Park Police Sgt. John Italasano. Chesley's car crashed into a pickup truck making a left turn, he said.
Chesley and her passenger, Jessica Rawlins, both 18, were taken to Logan Regional Hospital. Chesley was later flown by helicopter to Ogden's McKay-Dee Hospital, where she remained Friday. Italasano said Rawlins were hospitalized in Logan for observation.
The driver of the pickup, Craig Cressall, 59, was not injured, Italasano said.
