Join deseretnews.com in a 'twittologue' with Rep. Jason Chaffetz
Do you have a question to ask Utah's newest member of Congress, Jason Chaffetz? Is the health-care reform debate making you sick? How about the wars in Afghanistan or Iraq? How should President Obama deal with foreign leaders?
Here's your chance. On Dec. 2 at 4 p.m., deseretnews.com and Chaffetz will conduct an hour-long live interview — an electronic town hall meeting — using the social networking site twitter.com. Twitter followers of the Deseret News or of Chaffetz may join in the conversation using the hashtag #dnews at the end of their tweets. All questions will be selected and moderated by Deseret News editorial page editor Jay Evensen.
Twitter users will be able to follow the discussion using Twitter search. A transcript of this "twittologue" also will be available.
