Runners encouraged to 'Kick the Stuffing Out of Cancer'

The Huntsman Cancer Foundation will host several "Kick the Stuffing Out of Cancer" 5K races in six Utah cities on Thanksgiving Day.

The public is invited to participate, and those who do must commit to raise $200 and walk or run one of the 3.1 mile races to be held at the following locations:

Cold Turkey 6K, Salt Lake City

Cottonwood Heights City Thanksgiving Day 5K

Fleet Feet Turkey Trot 5K, American Fork

Mill Creek Cold Turkey RRRun 5K, Salt Lake City

Tremonton Turkey Trot 5K

Thanksgiving Day 5K Fun Run & Kids 1K, Bountiful.

The goal is to raise $50,000 for cancer research. The deadline for race registration is Friday. To register or for more information, visit www.huntsmancancerfoundation.org or call 801-584-5815.
