Cole Robison and David Eldridge, both Mountain View High School students, are among the first to enjoy hamburgers at the new IN-N-OUT burger joint in Orem Thursday. Staffers welcome patrons on the opening day. An IN-N-OUT restaurant also opened in Draper on Thursday. The 60-year-old, family-owned franchise out of Southern California touts its obsession with freshness, boasting that there are no heat lamps, microwave ovens or freezers in use. The chain's first Utah location was built in Washington County.
