An Associated Press article you recently published announced the "discovery" that opponents of gay marriage were playing on the fears of parents that sanctioning gay marriage will lead to schools teaching gay lifestyle with approval (Nov. 7). This is a joke. Children across the country are already being bombarded with that message in textbooks and by misguided teachers. We cannot allow these activists to pretend that such teaching is not an intended, inevitable consequence of legalizing gay marriage.
