ST. GEORGE (AP) — The Southwest Utah Public Health Department will hold a swine flu vaccination clinic this week.

The clinic will be held Wednesday at the Washington County fairgrounds from 1 to 6 p.m.

The health department plans to distribute 5,000 doses of the vaccine at the clinic. So far more than 7,000 doses have been distributed in the five-county district.

Priority groups eligible to get the vaccine include those 6 months to 24 years old, pregnant women and parents and caregivers of infants under 6 months old.

The vaccine is free but people are encouraged to bring insurance cards if they have them.
