Mark Freeman has been promoted to vice president at Stanley Consultants. Freeman joined the company in 2001 and is manager of its Salt Lake City office. He is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, as well as employee mentoring and client business development. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

Dixie Quinn has been named manager of the South Ogden branch of Barnes Bank, and Lana Lesser has joined the company as a mortgage loan officer in the Midvale branch. Quinn has been with the bank since 2003, most recently as a loan officer in the Layton branch. She has worked as both a branch manager and loan officer for 17 years with Utah banks. Lesser has been in the mortgage industry in Utah and Salt Lake counties for the past 13 years. She specializes in FHA and conventional mortgage loans.

Bryan Alsop and Douglas G. Sampson have joined Dynatronics Corp. Alsop is director of information technology. He previously was an information technology consultant to the company. Before joining Dynatronics, Alsop was director of information technology for an insurance company. Sampson is vice president of research and development and operations. Before joining Dynatronics, he was vice president of outsourced manufacturing for a semiconductor company in Singapore. His education includes a degree from BYU.

Levi Larson and Jerry Borrowman have joined Intermountain Financial Group, the Utah agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. Larson has joined the company as a financial services adviser. Larson, based in the St. George office but working with individuals and businesses throughout the state, has been in the industry for nearly two years. His education includes a degree from Southern Utah University. Borrowman has joined the company as a specialist for advanced life insurance solutions. Borrowman is a former officer of a local life insurance company. He served as a life insurance agent more than 30 years ago with another prominent firm and also worked as a manager, recruiter and a full-time trainer. He also was the vice president in field technology.

Joel Racker is the president-elect of the Western Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus for the organization's 2010 program year. Racker is president and chief executive officer of the Utah Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Artemis Vamianakis and Rachel Anderson have joined the law firm Fabian & Clendenin as associates. They will be practicing primarily in the areas of business organization, litigation, energy and utilities, natural resources and real property. Both have degrees from the University of Utah.
