Don Gale wrote truth

I know I won't convince anyone who listens to Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck or any of the other gas-bags who populate talk radio today, but what Don Gale wrote in his op-ed piece on talk radio was accurate, concise and the real story about how radio got to where it is. It is a sad state of affairs when people listen to the aforementioned flamethrowers and think they are getting truth. Like the story about the room full of monkeys pounding on infinite typewriters actually writing the works of Shakespeare, these talk show hosts spew out an infinite number of words daily and occasionally actually string several words together that may be a bit truthful. The rest is noise filled with lies, made-up statistics, false quotes and polls.

They are train wrecks.

Remember that two of these talk show giants are admitted druggies and alcoholics.

Now flail away at me to your heart's content.
