Fatal crash closes I-15 lane in Cedar City

CEDAR CITY — A single-car accident claimed the life of a motorist on I-15 Thursday night.

The Utah Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred about 7:45 p.m., shutting down the left northbound lane on the freeway. Several people were transported to a local hospital. Troopers are currently investigating.
