Use the 'off' button

To Don Gale and his supporters and detractors: There is an "off" button on all radio and TV sets. Personally, I rarely listen to anyone who is a mere polemicist. That applies to those mentioned by Gale as well as, on the other side, such people as Keith Olbermann, Bill Moyers and Dan Rather. They are all birds of a feather, as far as I am concerned.

Equally, I would not interfere with or even question the judgment of those who wish to use the on button to listen to their favorite polemicist. None of those mentioned — right or the left — is trying to squelch dissent. They only add to the cacophony that is democracy.
