Better off out of Senate?

Sen. Lyle Hillyard says he will be forced out of the Utah Senate if the proposed legislative ethics law is passed. Well, Senator, as a lawyer, you surely understand the term "res ipsa loquitur" — the thing speaks for itself. If you are unable to serve in an atmosphere of rigorous ethical standards, perhaps we are better off without you.
