Here is a listing of this year's holiday season film releases, though these dates are subject to change:

NOV. 13

2012 — End-of-the-world thriller from Roland Emmerich, starring John Cusack.

PIRATE RADIO — Fact-based comedy starring Philip Seymour Hoffman as a radio deejay.

PLAY THE GAME — Romantic comedy starring Andy Griffith as a widower who begins dating again.

THE YES MEN FIX THE WORLD — Documentary sequel featuring two corporate pranksters.

NOV. 20

THE BLIND SIDE — Sports drama, based on a real-life story and starring Sandra Bullock.

AN EDUCATION — Coming-of-age tale set in 1960s-era England. Carey Mulligan stars.

FIVE MINUTES OF HEAVEN — Revenge-thriller starring Liam Neeson as a convicted killer.

PLANET 51 — Animated comedy about an astronaut who crash-lands on an alien planet. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stars.

PRECIOUS: BASED ON THE NOVEL 'PUSH' BY SAPPHIRE — The much-buzzed-about drama follows an illiterate mother-to-be.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON — The second movie finds Bella (Kristen Stewart) and her vampiric boyfriend (Robert Pattinson) at odds.

NOV. 25

FANTASTIC MR. FOX — Adaptation of the Roald Dahl book, with George Clooney voicing the title character.

NINJA ASSASSIN — Revenge tale starring Korean singer Rain as a rogue assassin.

NOV. 27

AMARCORD — Anniversary rerelease of the 1974 Federico Fellini comedy. Italian with subtitles.

OLD DOGS — Comedy starring Robin Williams and John Travolta as buddies, one of whom discovers he is a father.

THE ROAD — Viggo Mortensen stars in this post-apocalyptic thriller based on the Cormac McCarthy novel.

DEC. 4

ARMORED — Thriller about security guards who try to rob their own armored-car company.

BROTHERS — Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman star in this Americanized remake of the Danish hit.

THE DAMNED UNITED — Michael Sheen and Colm Meaney star in this sports drama, based on real characters.

EVERYBODY'S FINE — Comedy starring Robert De Niro as a widower trying to reconnect with his adult children.

THE HORSE BOY — Documentary feature about a couple employing unconventional therapies to help their autistic son.

THE MESSENGER — Iraq war drama starring Ben Foster, Woody Harrelson and Samantha Morton.

DEC. 11

CRUDE — Joe Berlinger's documentary investigates an environmental disaster in Ecuador.

INVICTUS — Clint Eastwood's latest drama stars his old pal Morgan Freeman, as South African leader Nelson Mandela.

THE LOVELY BONES — Peter Jackson adapts Alice Sebold's controversial fantasy-thriller novel.

THE MAID — Comedy-drama about a Chilean house servant. Spanish with subtitles.
