WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL: The Bruins were awarded the No. 1 for the Division I NJCAA Volleyball National tournament with a record of 27-7. This is the first time is SLCC athletics history that a team has received the number one seed in a National tournament. During the season SLCC assembled wins over top ranked teams in the NJCAA including No. 1 North Idaho, No. 3 Western Nebraska, No. 6 College of Southern Idaho, No. 8 Missouri West Plains and No. 17 Frank Phillips College.

The Bruins will open up the NJCAA tournament against Spartanburg College (10-17) on Thursday November 19 at noon (MT).
