Stifling dissent

According to Don Gale (Nov. 7), anyone who has an opinion show that people enjoy and that provides them a fabulous living by virtue of their popularity is operating a Ponzi scheme — altering people's minds and laughing all the way to the bank. Oprah must be the queen of Ponzi schemes! How about Jon Stewart? Mr. Gale speaks about protecting dissent. He is apparently unfamiliar with the "fairness" doctrine. This and other deceptively named bills pushed by the "liberal Democrats" are specifically aimed at stifling dissent.
