Training conference set for directors, officers
PARK CITY — The Summit 2009 Directors & Officers Training Conference will take place Dec. 3-4 at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City.
The event is for board chairmen, corporate directors and senior executives of publicly traded and pre-IPO companies.
Presenters will include Reatha Clark King, director at Exxon Mobil and the National Association of Corporate Directors; Doyle Arnold, chief financial officer at Zions Bank; Brian W. Merkley, risk financing manager at Huntsman Corp.; Bob Gay, principal, CEO and managing director at Huntsman-Gay Global Capital; and Lynn Blodgett, president and CEO at ACS.
