Growing jobless rate

The national jobless rate climbed to 10.2 percent in October. If Congress spends another $787 billion in the name of job creation, maybe it can get the jobless rate up to 12 percent or 13 percent.

"Card check" is good for another percent, cap and trade at least 2 percent and national health care should get us close 18 percent unemployment.
