How come one of "Midvale's finest" can get a DUI and not be taken to jail, despite hitting three cars? Taxpayers will have to pay for all the vehicles that were damaged. I guess they will have to pull over more speeders to pay for all the damage done. I received a DUI, and they didn't think twice about taking me to jail.
I was charged with a felony, but they only want to charge him with a class B misdemeanor. Though we do not know all the details, it appears he is getting special treatment. Is this a case of who you are and who you know?
