Leading 17-0 early in the second quarter, BYU scored again as quarterback Max Hall threw a 79-yard touchdown strike to wide receiver McKay Jacobson to essentially put the game out of reach at 24-0.

BYU quarterback Max Hall enjoyed a nearly flawless performance, completing 20 of 22 passes for 317 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.
