"Burn This," Utah Theatre Artists, Nov. 15, by appointment only, City Academy, 555 E. 200 South.

Needed are one man in his 20s, two men in their 30s and one woman, age 25-35. Scripts are available for a 48-hour checkout.

"Disco Inferno," Nov. 11, 7-10 p.m., Room 101, SCERA Center, 745 S. State, Orem.

Roles are available for men and women who can sing and dance, including 11 principal roles and 10 ensemble parts. Those 18 and older should come prepared to sing 16 measures of a song of their choice. An accompanist or boom box will be provided.

"April Ann," Nov. 9, by appointment only, Hale Center Theater Orem, 225 W. 400 North, Orem.

HCTO revives this classic by Ruth and Nathan Hale. The music in the show is bluegrass/country style. Please come prepared to sing 16 bars of music fitting that style. An accompanist will be provided; bring sheet music. Looking for boys ages 9-14, girls ages 7-15, men 20-30, women 19-25, men and women 45 and up.

"The Taming of the Shrew," Utah Shakespearean Festival Touring Production, Nov. 12, 5-8 p.m., Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center, Studio A.

The festival is looking for an ensemble of seven actors who will perform, load in the set and teach workshops. The production will tour through the Intermountain West, January-April 2010.

Please come prepared with a professional headshot, resume and two contrasting Shakespearean monologues that total three minutes. All roles available. Full compensation of $430 per week.
