Salt Lake Art Center, 20 S. West Temple, will host a panel discussion exploring the relationship between people and natural places in conjunction with the "Reawakened Beauty: Tillman Crane's Jordan River Photographs," Nov. 10, 7-8:30 p.m. (801-328-4201).

Warren Lehrer, co-author of "Crossing the BlVD," will lecture Nov. 13, 7 p.m., at the Lindquist Lecture Hall of the Kimball Visual Arts Center, 3848 Harrison Blvd., Ogden. There will also be a reception for the exhibition (801-626-6000).
