Timing inappropriate

A few days ago, we read the wonderful story about South Jordan in the Deseret News. We felt really good about the publicity for our city until we realized it was the day before the election. We didn't know that the Deseret News supported one political candidate over another. The article obviously supported Mayor Kent Money. Our daughter even received a phone call from Money's campaign mentioning the "wonderful article in the Deseret News."

Those of us supporting Aaron Osmond felt lost. Money had excellent, free publicity.

The timing didn't seem appropriate.
